Lely Sickle Bar Mower

There is a 7 foot bar mower on an auction coming up. It claims to have been used only once. Has anyone ever had any experience with this brand of mower? It make me worried that it didn"t work very well/at all if it was actually used only once.

Can't blame the guy- I was ready to park my MF sickle bar mower after only one use. He probably got a disc mower, and never looked back.

That brand would be no support for as very few ever sold, none in this area. Only seen them in adds, does it have the standard 3" section or an odball size, if from adds I think odball size. One time use could be he changed farming practices or is it an estate sale? Used sickle mowers for years without problems but have to be set up properly and maytained.
