Farmall 706D Hyd. pressures when Hi/Low

Can anyone explain..
I noticed the low oil pressure light was lighting up when running this tractor I purchased as a project. I removed the sensor and replace it with a gauge. The tractor is running at the proper pressure in low range, but the pressure drops to 0 in hi range. The tractor acts OK; steering works in hi and low RPM and range, and tractor pulls. I just replaced the HI-TRAN because it was old and contaminated.
 
The steering has priority so it will always get oil before the TA. Either the TA linkage is not adjusted properly or you have a leak in the high side of the TA. Make sure the snap ring on the TA spool valve seats against the top of the MCV when twe lever is in the forward position. A check of the TA pressures along with the lube pressure may make the picture a littler more clear.
