Went to the Kutztown produce market in the morning, then went to get some supplies to repair some of the gutters and downspouts on the old barn. In Lyons, a small town down the road from Kutztown there is a menonite fellow that salvages old buildings,he sold me the pieces Ineeded, its hard to find them in any new store, On the way back I stopped and got fresh brown eggs from a local farmer, then got busy fixing gutters and downspouts, I took pictures during the day,Iwill post them later..,Larry

Wish I'd taken my camera with me Friday. My 11 year old grandson drove his uncles and dad and me across the fields to my neighbors deer stand in my 1956 M38a1 Jeep. Quite a ride for all of us!! Love your pictures.

Thanks, its not my favorite chore, but I wanted to get it fixed before it all fell down. The ladder wasnt shakey,it was sound. I wasnt shakey either! lol

A few years ago I put a ladder stabilizer on the top of my 24 footer, mainly to get additional working range. It holds the ladder out about eight inches so you can actually work one rung closer to the top, and you can reach out to the sides better. It does increase stability too, so you feel more comfortable.

Larry, where in PA are you?I have a friend that leaves in Bethel. He was my medic in Vietnam.
Visited him this past october. Nice country out there.

Larry, it was especially refreshing to see your posts today. I had been reading some other forums where folks were arguing about different things. Then amongst all of this negativity there was your music and pictures. Thanks for the uplift. Rick
