Long 2510 hydraulics problem

Hope to get some ideas from you all. My 3 point hydruaulics is chattering when about 2/3 of way up. I've changed the filter, change the pressure relief valve, fluid level fine. Getting the recommended 2550 PSI. The front hydraulic is working fine. Any suggestions appreciated.

Adjust the "responsiveness" lever on the front right side of the lift body under the seat. Can't remember for sure but all the way in, lift raises slower, all the way out, lift raises faster. It could be vice versa, but a simple test never the less.

When I repacked the rock shaft cylinder on the Long I had, I had to take the lever you wrote about and remove it and jump the teeth a couple of times to get the chatter out of it.
