I've got a '49 8n stored at my mother's place that I use to keep the grass down. I've not been out there since earlier this year. A couple of years back I replaced the rear tires due to dry rot. Now it's time to replace the fronts for the same reason. The little tractor repair place nearby appears to no longer be in business. I don't live over in that area so seeking feedback from the forum.

Anyone know of a service place in or around West, Gholson, Ross, or even Waco that can replace the two front 4x19" tires?

Did you try Bold Springs Tire Service in West? I"ve seen a lot of used tractor tires behind their store. It"s right off of I35

I haven"t tried them yet so if you do please post about your experience.

Try these guys in Houston or Wharton TX they are Gensco tire The web site is noflats.com. They sell aircraft tires and more. They will be ready to bolt right on. No mounting or messing around. My brother and I bought a couple of sets for 2 wagons. Could buy them for what just the tires would cost at home. If you have problems with thorns and such you might want to look at them.
No I have no financial benefit or gain from them. Just giving an option.

I've been using B&G tire service in Hillsboro for years never any complaints. They service any tire, auto pickup, big truck, tractor, combine, Terra Gator or whatever.
