loader hydralic pump shaft from motor

I have a 9n with a deerborn loader and I would like to know how the shaft that drives the hydralic pump comes off the front of the engine.

I think this may be what you are after Maybe not.

I appreciate the reply, but what I'm looking for is how the shaft separates from the front of the engine, Does it just pull off ?

There can be a couple different ways. Most common is a splined shaft (may be worn and have to work it a little because the spline are worn into eath other and locked up good) Or a left-hand thread. Our Massey 165 had a splined hub on it, but that wore out and the replacement from the dealer was then threaded.

See if you can tell which it is by looking at it. Or just start turning and pulling on it.
