I have a prayer request.
There's a lady I've known all my life. She's very sick.
On top of that, she's being abused by those to whom she has given
everything. Lies about her abound, and seem to come from all sides.
Just breaks my heart. Seems there's nothing I can do alone.

But maybe, if we join in and lift her up together we can heal her.
She's well over 200 years old, but way too young to die.

Her name is America... and I love her.
 
I pray for Her every night. For all she's done for her people she sure deserves better leadership but I sure don't know where it will come from, her current leader and most the aspiring candidates I've seen for leading her in the future appear to be selfish, self-centered, inexperienced, money loving, power hungry and totally unqualified. If we ever needed a Messiah type, we need one now.

She is being abused most to the people that she has given the most to. Free food, free clothing and free education, Harvard in some cases.
 
Yes I give thanks for our great nation and the way we have been blessed with capable leaders. I also ask for forgiveness for our past mistakes and pray that they will not be repeated. We need to pray that our leaders will look to the future and not make the horrible mistakes we have made in the past. Our nation is improving , but is it improving enough to please our creator?
 
If the people would only jump off then nature would look after it. All except me and those 40 virgins who miraculously retain their numbers.
