I was wondering what year Farmall H went from magneto to distributor?

Possibly in 1953 with the introduction of the Super H, but the magneto was still an option all the way up through the 350 and 450.

Thanks for the info. The reason I was asking because I have a 46 H that has a magneto and I went to a tractor show with many h's and none had a magneto, so i assumed they all were converted. Bill
