RECAPTURE YOUR HISTORY
At the 30th Annual Heritage Festival

In today's hectic, fast-paced world, we often
overlook our past and the rich transportation
history of Berks County. On Saturday & Sunday,
October 1 & 2 the Berks County Parks & Recreation
Department presents the annual Heritage Festival
from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Berks County
Heritage Center. Come and recapture your past at
this festival dedicated to celebrating our area's
history and transportation heritage through
demonstrations, exhibitions, music, lectures,
walks,
and arts & crafts.
Bring blankets or lawn chairs to enjoy the many
performances throughout each day. A variety of
refreshments will be available both days.
Admission is FREE to the public, with a $2.00
parking donation. The Heritage Center is located
on Red Bridge Road off Route 183, 1/2 mile south
of the Rte. 222 exit. For directions check here.
Call 610-374-8839 for registration of your vehicle
or wagon or more information.

You are quite welcome sir. If your gonna go next weekend, let me know. Maybe we can meet up and enjoy a cold one together. I've never been there, but my Dad's been goin for years.

I caught the tail end of one a few years ago. We enjoyed it immensely. It"s just over the mountain from me, but there always seems to be something going on that weekend.
