Case 380 won't start

I have a Case 380 that set for about 4 months and now it won't start.It is getting fuel but won't smoke or start up.Any suggestions Tim

Getting fuel to where? At the injectors?

You know DB shut off handles are out for on and in for off?

yep,i own a DB885 [same tractor as a Case380] that bassackwards kill lever still gets me on occasion.

If you have fuel, that leaves compression and timing. Will it start on starting fluid?

no it wont start on starting fluid either

My next step would be to compression test it. Even with low compression I think it would start on ether.

Then I'd pull the timing cover and see if all the teeth are there and the marks line up.
