Can I still spray roadside brush?

Is it too late to spray roadside brush with brush killer? The leaves are still green. Thank you.

Before first frost is GREAT 'cause the plants are getting ready for winter and will translocate the POISON (read SPRAY) to their roots as they prepare for winter.

I would be cautious, the land is not yours [ I am assuming it is public space].
Get approval from the authorities because those greenies might nail you for killing native plants. As happened down under.$$$$$$$$$$$

Yep, getting ready to start a county project in a week. We use Tryclopyr 3&4 and of course, have permission. Almost 200 miles worth.
