Ford 800 series

In the middle of a rebuild. I want to install a oil pressure gauge in my Ford 800 series tractor. Where would I find a port to attach the oil pressure gauge adapter? My friend has a 801 Powermaster and his is attached to the housing on the hydraulic pump. That would seem to me to give the hyd. pump pressure reading and not the oil pressure reading. Any suggestions?

I'll bet if you look closer you will see if hooks behind the pump not to the pump. It is not an easy place to hook up since it is behind the pump and fun to get in to do any thing with

Dang...I really feel like a dunce! I am rebuilding the engine in my kitchen and have the head in my kitchen sink.

Ya I figured you had not look close enough to how the oil line went to think it went the the hyd pump.

It really does do a good job cleaning tractor parts if you run them through the diswasher.
Add a little extra soap and you're good to go.
