That is the strangest German I've ever seen!
 
Similarly, you can replace every vowel in a sentence with an x or just a space, and your reading comprehension hardly misses a beat. Use this principle if you like to work the "Jumble" puzzle: disregard the vowels and play around with just the consonants.
