I never done this before { my wife needs your prayers }

My wife been fighting a kidney infection since March 2 .. { shes in a wheel-chair and makes kidney stones easy } came close of losing her 3 times .. her infection was that bad ..
we were suppose to have and operation on July 13 { where they were going to go in thur the back and clean out her kidney { her one kidney has a golf size stone in it and it's as good as shut down .. so we got to keep her good kidney going } but on the preoperation they relize she was full of infection again ..
She been on different med's to clear her up ... today they { the Doc. } said the infection {different than before } she has isn't that bad ...
So tomorrow { thursday Aug.11 } we are going to go and hopefully get it done and then keep her healthy ..
..
so if you would say a little pray for her , and the Doc. will have skill hands ... so all goes good ...

Hard thing for us men to give up control and ask for prayers. Good thing the lord knows what is good for us and our needs. We'll throw an extra prayer in here for you both.
 
Heavenly Father,
We ask, You to watch over this lady , and her family.
Although we don't know her as personally as You
We ask, that You guide the hands of the surgeon as he partakes his duty with the wisdom you have given him.
We would also like to ask for a good prognosis, and a full recovery.
We also want to thank you for all the good blessings you already have given us.

We ask these things in Jesus Name and give you all the Power and Glory------ Amen !
 
Mark, we'll add your wife to our prayers. My late first wife was born on August 11, so I'll pray that on August 11 your wife experiences a rebirth into good health.
 
A prayer for the wife and yourself also. I know you could use a little encouragement right now also. Been through similar situations more than once.
 
I'd be glad to do it. I trust she will soon be feeling better than she has in a long time.
 
We know how that goes...I almost lost Susan last summer(Massive staph infection)But the doctors with Gods help saved her(one doc said she only had hrs to live)God can and does work miricles,keep the faith,it will be OK.God bless you both.Steve and Susan.
 
Prayers sent your way and for the doctors who do the work that God has given them the talent to do. Sometimes a higher power takes over and helps out! Maybe this"ll be one of them. On a side note,my BIL"s aunt has a brother who had an accident on an older tractor last week. Somehow had the PTO/bush hog running and thought it was out of gear. He let the clutch pedal up, it flipped him off the back and he got into the blades. Chewed one foot off, the other leg at the knee and tore up stomach, intestines and broke some ribs. Has had surgery a couple of times already and doing fair last I heard.
 

Yeah... I was talking to God about relinquishing (my) control just 30 minuets ago.... It is a hard thing to do. I figured He made us this way and could understand our egos and stuff..

You mentioned that you have never done this before.... not sure what you're referring to, but, We all have a first time to pray to God... No one is exempt... Often it takes a crises situation.

maybe you're referring to a first time for kidney stones/losing your wife? .... If your are Married, there probably a first time for that. i know this one myself....

So far, For Carolyn, (my wife), it's only been a 'walk' through the valley of the shadow of death.
I've been there several times to see her flatline. Certainly bring you to your knees.
When your heart is right, you are more concerned about the welfare of others than of yourself..
