I tried out my new paint gun today. Some of the paint was a little dry until I got the pressure adjusted. How long can I safely put on another coat?

It is acrylic enamel with hardener, 8 - 4 -1 mixture.

Until you can drag the BACK of your forefinger down the paint and it doesm't "stick" Go Lightly. Maybe 20 minutes. Depends on OAT and reducer.

It is going to be in the 50s and I used the slowest reducer. The rims are still tacky to the touch.

I want to hit them first thing in the morning.

Cold weather should have been a faster reducer. Hot weather is a slow reducer.
