Think I am correct here.. Melbourne {Aust} had the highest overnight temperature ever recorded last night.. August 3/4 wed/thurs 2011.
I blame it on Al.

It gets so hot during the summer in Aus. some companies work every other week. My brother's company tried to get him to go down there and promised big pay...when you are working only. He told them to forget it.

Slight correction. Hottest August night on record and yes it is the tail of Winter.. Last year we had those Texas temperatures.North of 100.
