From my mistakes...
Gave the quad a going over when I first got it and every month or so. For wheel bearings, I had this picture of cone bearings so just shook the wheels and left them if no wobble. Was pulling the harrow yesterday and something felt funny then no pully pully GI...... Looked and only one wheel was pulling. Anyway, long story short, neighbor kid to the rescue. The nut that I thought was just a bearing adjusting nut that just needed to be snug actually held a taoered splined shaft/hub together. Had been loose and slipping a little and just slipped a lot to the point of no wore teeth. Pushed everything back together the way it belonged and welded it together. Will last til the rest of the quad is shot I'm sure. Again.... I's a little smarter now....
