PTO shaft covers?

Hey folks,
is there a cover (universal even) available to protect the PTO shaft from collecting dirt and crud that makes it a chore to hook up something?

Gonna experiment with some PVC pipe but just wondered if there is already something available.

Dave, you are living in the wrong country. Over here there is a Gov't. initiative to provide everyone with replacement covers at very low cost. I wonder if they will cut and reweld the yokes to the two that I have that don't telescope?

Those plastic covers can be a pain if they're
deformed. Measure your maximum PTO extension while
hooked to the tractor, and trim the tubes for about
12" overlap. Fritz

Gotta have the covers here or insurance won't pay if you get hurt..... What I was meaning was just little covers for what sticks out of the tractor. Found them in packs of 5 for a coiuple bucks.
