Unsafe operation

Right in my neighborhood, two examples of unsafe machinery operation. Man on Kubota "bushhogging" with front loader installed and the loader raised to full height- fork attachment in place. That creates a really high center of gravity.
Loggers moving logs cut to length to the pile with fork lift- forks raised to the maximum during all the moving.
Little of the terrain here is flat.
Have people completely stopped thinking?

71 yr old man operating riding mower near Cayuga IN on Wabash River bank. Backs mower into some weeds on the bank ,the mower with him on it go over the bank into the river, mower lands on him in 4 ft of water. Can't get above water in time.....gone. Happens fast when not aware of terrain conditions around you. Safety should be first in mind when operating any type equipment.

Quite a few never STARTED thinking from what I can tell.

What do you wanna bet the ones you just described would be at the courthouse tomorrow morning wanting to file a law suit against the loader manufacturer in the event they were involved in an accident, claiming faulty design or some such nonsense. There's the problem...It's become profitable to be stupid.

Lance: What does our current President have to do with the idiots driving the machinery and the courts? He didn't create our current court system. Maybe you should blame him for the current heat wave. Relax, man.

I see that all the time. Like the guy baling hay on on of my neighbors places. Has one of those big square balers and a nice big tractor with cab abd loader and yep loader is sitting all the way up and he is driving on hill sides. Wonder when he is going to lay it over on its side

I would say over 50% of the country doesn't have much common sense.

Perhaps we should do away with an election process and have you and Rush Limbaugh to chose a suitable leader for the greatest nation in the world. Are you ready for the challenge? I bushhogged many a hill in NC with a loader on the front. Had it 4 inches off the ground with two big rocks in it. Never went sidways on the hlls. only up and down
