Just got in a nice little bob cat motel t136 chain trencher. Been around this stuff most of my life but can,t find where you take up the slack in the trencher chain. I am pretty sure the end roller is moved by applying grease just can,t find the grease fitting. Anyone know or have one of these little machines. Thanks in advance

maybe the grease nipple is broke off. if it is one of them kind of tighteners there should be some kind of ram where the fitting is.

You should have a grease fitting at the drive end of the boom that will push the boom and idler wheel out. It will be on the left side of the boom as you are looking down the boom. It has a grease piston inside the drive end of the boom.
