hello friend of mine died awhile back and he had a lot different ih trucks around the farm wife would like them gone Iwould like to know if there is much demand for any parts or just scrap them mid east WI
 
Looking for K-5/KB-7 parts... Will the owner part the stuff out or does she just want it out of there? Thanks, Fritz
 
i think she will part them out if someone wants to.notsure what models are there?i know that there are some travelals and some straight trucks i,m not sure what a k/5 is i will have to look
 
K5 was what I would call a 1 1/2 ton truck although they as a rule were over loaded by most owners. They had classy styling for a truck line of that era I thought.I had a IHC pickup truck back in the day and I think it was a K2.
 
I'm sure the widow doesn't want to ticky-tack around dealing with tire kickers and people looking for one or two parts. She's not running a junkyard. She wants to clean the place up.

If the trucks are in running or rolling condition, have an antique/classic vehicle auction or send them to one.

If the trucks are rotting hulks, call the scrap man.

If the trucks are somewhere in between, an antique/classic vehicle salvage yard would be interested in them.
 
I would like to know more about them. I live in the general area of Wisconsin you are talking about. I am restoring a KB1 and need a few parts. Depending on what she has I might be intersted in a complete truck. Give me a call 920-246-9548
