than too little. I know this but have to keep reminding myself ! Got 2.8 inches in about 30 minutes this evening. About 60 miles NE of St. Louis. I certainly wish we could share with those who need it much, much more than we do.

The entire state of Texas is in some stage of drought. Wish we could have some of that wet stuff!

its been dry here the last few years, now all the wet weather is starting to harm the crops.

I have a garden planted in my pond, not sure it will even come up. This is East Texas and I live in Mud Creek bottom, where they want to build a lake, but don't count on it. They were building a lake in the early '50's and it ain't happened yet. Doubt if it ever happens, but would you believe they are charging for water rights. No where but Texas would they charge for water when there's no water.

My place in Maine had been getting 2" a week for about 2 months, then it got 2" in about 30 minutes... Apparently there are trees down all along my camp road and a 2' deep gouge in the road running down past my camp... Figure it needs 30 yards of fill to fix the biggest holes. Oh well its only money right?
We'll get some big rocks for repairs this year, see if that holds better than using field rocks.

Yep, I watched it head right this way on radar. We got 3.2 over night, most of it in less than an hour. Would have loved to have see it this time last year but would have been happy to "bank" it till mid August this year.

They had all gone down a little bit by the time I got home from the night job but all the bridges close to the house had tree limbs and last year's stalks on them. Creeks were still high enough an hour ago me and the fourwheeler couldn't go see how bad most of my corn looks this morn'n.

thanks for the post, haven't seen rain like that for over a year, I don't think we've had 2 inches of rain this entire year so far in southwest oklahoma....just 100 degree days as far as the eye can see.
