Facebook and Paul Ceglia

Was wondering how many here are on Facebook? Also was wondering how many people around the country have heard of Paul Ceglia the man claiming to own 50% of facebook? Paul Ceglia lives up the road about 2.5 miles from where I live. So i am just curious.
 
I don't participate in Facebook. He is the fellow from Allegany County near Wellsville in New York. I know people down that way and they probably have heard of him on a local level. So far his claims on Facebook have been discredited and I don't know anything past that.
 
I am. Am also on Twitter,own a Geneological Web site and have a fine Art Web site and a Art Blog.Demand some times maxxes my DSL's capa bility.One of my Art is attached,enjoy,I was not careful to level Painting I did last year at Taos NM, so, sorry. Am busy in the Studio with subjects I aquired on my recent trip back to Colorado and Taos which I got prior to the Wild Fire. Am still a Farm boy at heart thus my constant attention to this Web site. I love Tractors ,especially Oliver and Alls-chalmers.

Paul Ceglia"s past does not help his crediblility any does it? Mark Zuckerberg didn"t realize how big facebook would get at the time, So he may have made some agreements early on that have come back to haunt him. But I"m one county west so It has been in our paper frequently.
 
I had a Facebook account, but I cancelled it after a couple of months.

I decided there is no dammed reason why every looney in the country who can use a computer should have access to that much information about me.
 
I heard there was a buyout or a partnership arrangement in the works between Facebook, Youtube and Twitter.
They're going to call it...You Twit Face.
 
Agreed. I've been using the net for over 15 years, so I'm not ignorant of tech, but putting any personal info out there, I figure no good can come of it.
 
You know facebook is good for old friends trying to reconnect with you. Too much info? Dont put your personel info on there and you will be quite alright.
 
it's great way to connect with relatives , old lost friends etc. I have met several of my sons service buddies I would have never even known about . Only personal info shared is what you decide to put on it .
 
agreeing with others: my friends i know will call/come see me and chat. i don"t need to make new friends on twitter, face book, etc. with people i don"t known, chances are i won"t..... now on the other hand, the people i type to on YT about tractors/OT is a whole different story... we all have something in common.... we don"t ask silly questions about school, did you talk to bah bah at the mall, etc. my opinion

If anyone is dumb enough to put any kind of personal info on the web in a place like that other than their name and maybe age and school they went to. They deserve to have their identity taken. Chances are, if they are that dumb, they don't have anything worth taking anyway.....
