Pretty proud of my 89 year old Dad that fought in Germany (ancestors from Germany) and then again in Korea to keep us strong.
Kinda think that's why we're here!

PS: Was just a little too young for Vietnam - but THANKS for all that served.

My Uncle Ivan was in WW1ad WW11, my Uncle Chuck in Korea, and I in VietNam. Fortunate we never lost anyone.

My family first landed on these shores in 142 years before we became a nation. The first casulty in my family occured in the "King Phillips" war. We have been in every war since then with the exception of the War of 1812, Grenada, Bosnia, and Afghanistan. My son served in Iraq, and my son in law is currently doing his third tour at Balad Air Base,Irag.
Yes we are a proud American family!

My family didn't come over in the Mayflower but did come over on the third ship after it. some member has fought in every war after that. GG Grandfather The war between the States, Grandfather WW1, Uncle WW2-, I was a peace time vet 58 to 62 USAF-SAC & Son Desert Storm.

yeah,, I got relatives like that.. They fought at the drop of a hat. They fought for liberation of booze as well. Still fighting today about something.

Eventhough my Dad didn't serve in the military. He did raise a lot of lima beans for the troops in WW2, and Korean wars, I am proud of him for supporting the war effort back then. I was just a little guy then, but served in the Navy during the Vietnam era. A lot of people were necessary on the home front. This is a great country hope it stays that way. Stan
