Yellow corn

Have had a wet spring here in Wi.Have alot of small yellow corn in wet spots.Would it help to cultivate that corn now??Thanks Mike

Flooded beans never recover.You could try side dressing the yellowed corn.

Needs Nitrogen. It has all leached away or evaporated. Sidedress with NH3.

Yes opening up the soil with a cultivator, so air can get to it, will help green up yellow corn.

Cultivating helps some, adding more N helps more. Depends on the size of the problem & prospects for it to get better (or worse) this season.

But a cultivation does help, yes.
