Ready for rain?????????????

Going to lay down the second cutting of hay. Weather man says, "At least ten days over 100 degree". It seem ever time they say that and we mow we get all kinds of rain. Hope this forecast is right. As soon as it is off of the field we will start pumping water. Maybe that is what is wrong. We offend mother nature.

unfortunately they have been right on the money for us...no rain, no rain, 110 degrees, no rain, 108 no rain... I am missing the smell of alfalfa in the morning.

I cut off and on today, Had to repair the old NH460 a couple times. Weather man says 95 plus with heat index at over 100 for the next couple days and on Sunday NOAA says 30% chance of rain and the same for most of next week. I figure the hay will be dry enough to bale tomorrow evening so will do that I hope

Well we did not get any hay laid down but old mother nature must read YT cause here came. Checked mesonet radar and it showed one shower in the state right over us. At least we did not have any down. So we will go tomorrow I bet mother nature will still get us.
