Allis Chalmers D17 Will be Scrapped Tomorrow (PICS)

A scrapper friend of mine has this old Allis Chalmers D17 that he will be scrapping tomorrow it not purchased. It has been sitting since 2004 when a tornado went through and put a branch through the radiator. It is stuck. Rear tires and rims are already spoken for.

did you post this on the AC forum? Kinda hard to do a rescue in hours, takes all week for people to read the threads..... Even a stuck engine out of this guy is worth- somethin'?

If those tires are not weather cracked too bad they are worth the $750 in todays market. He can make more money parting it out than scrap iron price.
