You all have been of help giving great advice and asking some very good questions. I Am going to follow up by giving my background information. I received a welding degree, hold 2 certifications, worked 10 years as a welder/fabricator/machinist. Received an associates degree in drafting and worked as an engineer for 10 years designing automated sampling equipment. Some of you have seen equipment I designed. Does your grain elevator use an InterSystems brand truck probe or rail load out sampler? 2 years ago I completed my bachelors degree in business and currently work for an oil blending/distribution company in the product development department. I analyze forcasts to manage bill of material changes and fluid formula's. I want to move up to managing people and or a department. While I have learned a lot about oil and like my boss, I am not intersted in moving up in present company. I have questioned my motive for considering a masters degree. BTW, kids are grown and wife is totally for going on. Thank you all!
PS, this is tractor related because if I make more money, I can own more tractors. Have (2) Case DC's and an International 886

I think you answered your question with that remark.

Good luck.

These are the right reasons to pursue the degree. The potential for making more money, other companies that may consider you for a position there, and support of the wife.
