Bolen g 244 iseki Diesel

I have a Bolen g 244 isiki diesel it has an isuzu motor I changed the oil and filter now the oil does not return back to the oil pan as fast as I think it should I put rotella 15/40 oil in it is it to thick??

Rotella is a good oil.

IF you DO have problems, I would think it would NOT be the Rotella oil. What brand of filter?? Is it properly cross referenced?? Some filters have a pressure sensitive valve and two filters can be identical in all ways EXCEPT for the internal valve and thus two different part numbers.
