Rain and a quiz

We finally got some rain, but we got too much at one time.
Since Jan. 1 our rain total was 3.2 inches as of Tuesday. Yesterday starting about 2 PM the rain fell, finally got done sometime during the night. Total of 4.7 inches in the gauge this AM. The old saying is feast or famine, sure holds true for South Texas.

And now the quiz. Pretty interesting I thought. You will probably learn a few things as I did. Be sure to check out the comparisons on the last page to how others did on the test. Should take about 10 min. to complete.

I got a 65% on the quiz. Pretty interesting stuff. The question that puzzled me the most was the world war II one.

I guess I don't feel too dumb, but then on the other hand I don't feel very smart either.
 
missed the one on puritans----96.97%.....I can assume it would be safe to say tractor owners have a better grasp on what this nation stands for and how it came about.....maybe we should start a political party....obviously what is out there ain't working.
 
No rain at my place but 5-8 miles southeast 1-3 inch depended witch cloud you were under. Got 22 of 33. not to bad since its been 40 years since went to school.
 
got 82 % ,, i knew T jefferson letters contained those phrases,, but opted for Gettysburg Address, so i missed that one
