What would this JD 227 Corn Picker go for in your area?

Found this old John Deere 227 Corn picker that I am going to purchase. Its in great original shape. Was used for only a few seasons and then was replaced my a combine. It has been stored in the shed ever since it was retired. The paint is in great shape, and all the original decals are on it.

My question is, what would this go for in your area in this shape?

I think I did good at $300. A great addition to the collection!

Thanks for reading and enjoy the pictures!

What mounting comes with the picker. Each tractor had its mount and you cant use it unless you have the tractor the mounts are for. I have mounted several at the dealers so im not blowing smoke.

Be SURE to look for ALL the rear mounts for the PTO extension and chains for the PTO to drive the picker..
Maybe the tractor Mounts are there..??
Same mounts should work on all the 2-Cylinder 60, 70, 520-730...
We always used a #226 on our JD "B" and it worked well..picked many, many acres of Custom work with it..
