I would be the first to admit my grammer is in the toilet! but your people skills are close by. I was more upset about your comment (calling me a drunk and a goober and bad speller) then i was at homer d (nonesense and garbage). Maybe you could of approached it a little differentlike for example, you are writing a few post maybe reread and check spelling its hard to understand. You kind of made me feel embarrased and stupid but that is OK, because I did look back at some post and you were right. If you noticed the last few post I hope were a little better not perfect but better. I had just got this computer in march before that I did not know how to turn one on but im slowly learning. I am more of a nuts and bolt type of person and all this is REALLY new to me, but giving it a try anyway. Iam not on this site to make enemies or to be a critic. I just like to read the post and answer any questions that i can and throw in some of my own life adventures, which maybe are kind of silly to some. I have many stresses and presures in my life right now and me writing on this site I find is a good stress relief. I was not going to bring this topic up again but it was really bugging me and usually I can take a lot of abuse. I was not going to come back to this site but there is no sense running away from problems you are better off trying to correct it. I just hope in the future maybe you can correct some one in a nice way so there feelings wont get hurt and discourage them from putting their post in. Alot of people have lots of interesting stories and questions but are like me with very low writing skills. In the future I will really try to improve the spelling and the grammer it is only fair to the people reading them. Thanx for reading this HOPEFULLY your friend Lyle

I agree with the fact of not running from a problem . Take it by the horns & face it head on is my theory . A person can do a lot of mental damage to another by making comments about his or hers grammar or typing abilities . A closed mouth & patience with each other is best especially when you don't know anything about the other guys situation . I myself have been on both sides of the fence in this matter .We should accept one another as we are . God bless

Hey Lyle,
Some people forget that they had to learn too. Don't pay attention to those kind. I find you posts very interesting as I am sure most people do. Most of us actively farming or retired didn't have desk jobs and running a typewriter wasn't a major qualification in making a living the way we chose. But we can through our experiences offer good common sense suggestions that the hobby types can only dream about. You're doing a lot better then a lot of people do so just keep doing what you are doing and don't worry about mistakes as we all make them.

I agree with Ken , and to add to that-- I have never seen any prejudices within this forum.other than spelling, and proper punctuations.

There is no color, or Nationality involved.

Only this cyber world do we get along as Brothers as God intended . --- even as we have our sibling spats .

Being offended is a personal choice one has to make. You can choose not to be offended just as easy as to choose to be offended. I choose not to be offended by any person regardless of what they say. The heard beats much slower that way. If someone gets offended by what I say then well it is a choice they decided to make and they must deal with it.
Don't worry about it. It will always be tuff for those with thin skins on a public internet forum.

was always taught by parents that if i got nuthin good to say, do that

sometimes i speed type and really screw the pooch... sometimes i dont spell check and mess up as well. And with my arthritis, i dont like to use the shift key and dont capitalize a lot. dont mean anything except to those who are aholes anyway. after writing tech documents for 10 years, i got tired of all the crapola. of course this is not a tech document. I prefer to type in the conversational tone and not the correct grammer tone. It seems to be more real. Dont care what folks think.. btdigtt.

keep posting, your doing just fine. I am enjoying your posts. bill

I never called you a drunk, just said you wrote like you were drunk. You should also notice there was a winky, smiley thingy at the end of the post. And yes, you're posts are getting a bit more legible, and I thank you for it. Keep working on it though.
