What about that 49000 dollar dog of a 330? A parts guy has a front weight for a 420 for 2000.
I wonder what there thinking is.Do they think somone will make them a big offer?

If someone comes along with anything near that in cash, I am sure that they would be nice enough of a person to take it. They are just looking for a fool who wants one, but does not really know what it's true fair market value is.

Lessee, he could have bought the 530 for $6000, given me $12,000, I could buy two more 530's, maybe three, sell them for $18,000 ea. and make, lessee, $36,000-$54,000. Now I'm gonna lay awake all night. Jim

I don't know what this one looks like but a few years back I saw one bring that at an auction in ND. It had wide front, flat top fenders, 3 point, front weights, was painted up pretty nice. You never know.

I wonder how many of the waaay overpriced tractors are that way because the significant other said "Sell it or go sleep with it!"

To which the owner said "OK, OK, OK. If it'll make you happy, I'll list it on a few websites. BUT I WON'T take a PENNY less than what I'm asking. Will that make you happy, dearest?"

With all new NOS wear parts, everything working and correct, rebuilt drivetrain, and excellent paint, it will NEVER be worth the asking price.

Not uncommon for a excellent 530 that has all options and has been totally rebuilt/restored to bring that kind of price here in the North West.
Maybe the Economy is better up this way!

I bought a 530 with a loader for $1200. I got it running and sold it for $2000. I felt greedy at that price?

I guess I never see ads or sales for where you live. I have never seen a 530 bring that much. But then again, there are certain auctions and sellers that I refuse to do business with for obvious reasons.
A "fully loaded" 530 would include dual hydraulics WITH the original outlet swivel (very rare), a complete ORIGINAL set of front weight (all 6), etc.
Best of luck to the seller, and I hope the buyer has 8-10K to throw away.
