What is the difference between the inframe overhaul kit and the out of frame kit?

The 4020 is going to need sleeves and a good valve job. The injector pump was rebuilt las year, new clutch the year before that with a rear main seal. I do not know how the crank is, but it runs good oil pressure.

The in frame kit will not have the crank shaft seals in it and the timing gear cover gasket. The out of frame kit will have the seals, timing cover gasket,and the gasket for the rear seal housing.
