If the dealer option does not pan out: Any chance the threads are ACME threads? If so places like McMaster Carr, MSC industrial supply, or Graningers might have something that you can make work.

I have an Oliver (Darf) which is very similar. When mine stripped I made a new screw from threaded rod and a xommon nut to fit. Welded all together and has worked for several years.

Back when I worked for a JD dealer we used a split nut that had another nut screwed on the outside of the split nut that clamped first nut tighter to put on frt axle spindle bolts that the threads were bad. The nut has a name but I can't recall it. A lot of Ford 8N frt spindles used them.
