American Farmer Tractor tires

Who uses American Farmer tractor tires? And if so, are you impresed with them? Thanks Josh Day

I have never heard of that brand.Is it a 'new' one?are they pricey?who makes em?

Thats what I'm trying to find out. From what I have been told there made in the USA I think.

They're an import, which I try to avoid. I do have a few of them though. One less as of last week - a 2-year-old 7.50x16 8-ply on my loader tractor blew out. Our local tire shop quit carrying them - figure that says something about them!

Josh, I have some of their tires on a few of my tractors and they appear to be very good tires. They are the old McCreary brand and are one of the few tires still made here. I would not hesitate to use them again. In fact, I have a front tractor tire ordered right now. Mike

I'll double-check the ones I have left when I go out... could be I have a different brand with a similar name. The one that blew out on me WAS an import, though.

The old McCreary Tire ,now named American and Mfg. in Pa. and Tenn. A good tire to use on most any application.Made in The USA!
