Rear wheel cast centers/ weights

Just wondering how heavy the rear wheel centers or weight are? Have the rims and rotted out tires off of it now, want to turn them around cause they are on backwards i think...It is a 44 model b, don't want to slide them off and find out they are too heavy to lift and drop on my toes..Thanks for any and all advice!! I would guess them at #250-300 lbs. They are more than you can lift. I usually use a engine hoist. You can swing them out and turn them around and slide them back on. Do you have the wedges lose yet??? They can be a bear to get lose. I have spent the best part of a day on them before.
