hi i have a rim that i want to put the smallest tire on it,i do not know what it is off of,it meauseres little under 17 1/2 it is about 5 1/2 wide i want to put the smallest 3 rib tractor tire on it,thank you for your help aaron,my email is [email protected] you email me i can send you a picture plz reply thanks!!

Sounds like you have a 16" rim.a 6.00x16 tire will be just right. You measure a rim by where the bead sits, not by the overall diameter.,hence, your 17 1/2" measured rim is really a 16" rim

a farmall h for pulling i have 12.4x38s on the back and i want it to sit a little down hill tryin to get the smallest tire,on ebay they have 500x16s for like motercycles so they might have them for tractors idk.thanks for replys

is it a '6bolt'rim?find a pair of 15" 6 bolt wheels(3 1/2"wide)and use 4.00x15 or 5.00x15 tires.that will lower your front end.

thats what ive been trying to do but the hub only takes certain rims kinda like chevy trucks 6 bolt half ton,i will try to find some smaller rims tommarow thanks for all the replys.

the 6 hole implememnt wheel is a different than a chevy 6 bolt wheel(bolt pattern,measurement-will not fit).how about makeing your own 'custom' wheels?cut the center from a implement wheel and weld it to the centr of a14 or 15" rim(you can use automotive for this). That way you can make whatever you need.I have done this 'trick' many times.

Pretty sure that was a common size in the 40s-50s on AC tractors, like WC, WD. Might have been 5:50-16

my rim is about 5 inches wide,i found 2 15 inch rims that will fit mine so whats the smallest i can go,i dont what the tire to look weird,so like 500x15 work? thanks
