question for those who know tires

Will a 110/90-12 tire fit on a rim made for a 3.50-12 tire? What size tube would I need? This will be on the back of a 2 bottom plow. Don't need it to be perfect, just so I can move the plow and use it a little. Thanks

I used the convertor and it shows 19.5x4.3x12 gives 4.3 inches wide. I think it would work. is the rim 2 5/8 wide?
