unknown year model Ferguson tractor

I just saved this tractor from the local salvage yard. I would like to restore it but have no idea what year model it is. It is a Ferguson-30. Built by Harry Ferguson Inc. in Detroit, Michigan. Model# Z129-E300870. Serial# 61463. The last patent pending # was listed 465,649 June 6,1950. I suspect it was built sometime after this time. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Ray

You can look up the serial number for your TO-30 on THIS site or go to external_link for information.

BTW, you found the Z-129-yada-yada-yada number on the ENGINE ID tag, didn't you! (The TRACTOR S.N. is on a tag on the instrument panel and the ENGINE is a Continental Z-129).

The serial number says it"s a TO-30 most likely a "51. Go to the Research and Info section to the left and click on Serial Numbers and you can find the year.
