John Deere 410c backhoe fuel in oil pan

I recently put a new check valve on the pump. I ran the tractor and everything was fine. The tractor sat for a couple weeks, I went to use it, when I checked the oil prior to starting I noticed diesel was leaking out of the top of the oil dip stick. I drained the oil then put a couple gallons of deisel in the tank. I let it sit with the drain plug off for a day and the fuel didn"t leak into the pan. I changed the oil filter and put fresh oil in the machine. I ran it for about ten minutes, checked the oil everything was fine. After a week has passed I went to start the machine again and there was deisel in the oil again. I"m at a loss, does anyone have any advice on the problem?

Only 2 places it can come from, the lift pump or the front seals on the injection pump.

Thanks, Is there any easy way to figure which one. A freind of mine said it sounds like the front seal on the injector pump, but wasn't sure.

Do as you did before, then remove the transfer pump mounting bolts, loosen lines, pull the pump away from the block. Retighten lines, put a catch pan under it, let it sit as before and see what happens.
