would any of you tractor folks have any idea what a 1951 case propane wide front tractor be worth? ITS BEEN UNDER A SHED FOR YEARS NOT BEEN STARTED FOR YEARS 3 TIRES FAIR 1 NOT SO FAIR, THATS ALL IKNOW ABOUT IT. bELEAVE IT TO BE A DC3 OR 4.Im IN NM Thanks

can be anywhere from 100.00 and up. need pic.thats the only way on stuff not being seen.can paint a good picture but the real one tells the story.
ask what you figure its worth as you have better idea than us or your customer will let you know. makes no sense asking whats it worth , as there is so many rediculous prices in the photo adds all ready.

Well start out with scrap price. No 1 unprepared is bring $13 /100 lbs here in western pa. That puts it at $260 per ton. A DC4 should weigh around 5000 lbs without it's tires, so your min price would be around
$650. Now whereas there just aren't a whole lot of people buying tehse days, a high end price may be difficult to come up with. A running tractor like that ought to bring $1000 to $1200, but it may take a while to get it sold in todays market. Good Luck.

Being a wide front it is a rarity and if factory propane then it is a very scarce tractor that should be desireable to any Case colector.
Value would be as a colector item, not as a use tractor.
