I recently bought a Furguson TO-20. Giving my trailer a good going over I decided it needed the deck boards replaced. Dang near $120 for 10 2x6x12' treated boards. I built this trailer about 30 years ago. It is almost new again! I am replacing the lights with LED lights.

I re-decked one once. I had to cut out a piece of two inch strap that ran across the front, but that took only a couple minutes, and just a few more to weld it back on after installing the planks.

If you replace the wiring carful the
rodents dont eat the soy based insulation.

If you're in the midst of some work to the future tractor hauler, might be a good time to incorporate some D-rings to the
structure. Much more user friendly when tying machinery down.
