enclosed trailer - long term storage

Hello. I rarely use my enclosed trailer. I dont' have a place to store it indoors - it has to sit outside.

What suggestions do you have for keeping it from rotting away? Should I block it up? cover the wheels? cover the hitch?

It's a 2009 model and already showing its age. Rust forming underneath.
I thought about building heavy ramps and parking it up high, elevated to allow more airflow underneath. would that help keep it dry and slow down the rust?

Maybe park it over one of those cheap plastic tarps? I always figured the moisture from the ground was what rotted my vehicles that sat outside. I park my equipment trailer on 2 2x10 treated boards to keep the tires out of the mud and off the ground.
