Hey NYOlivers, you seem to know old school buses pretty well. Tell me something if you don't mind. I know where there is a full sized yellow school bus that a previous owner converted into a camper. He put 2 new AC units on the roof, a nice shower stall, fridge, stove, electric range, shelving, a master bedroom in the back, indoor/outdoor carpet throughout, and paneled the walls and painted the ceiling. He did a good job from what I can see. He then parked it near a river, which soon flooded, putting about 2' of water in the bus for about a week. The V-8 gas motor was completely submerged during that time. The current owner bought it right after the flood, about 2.5 years ago, and has done nothing to it ib the interim. He wants $800 for it. I don't necessarily care about trying to save the motor. I am mostly interested in parking it here on the farm and using it as a guest house for grandkids, etc. I would appreciate your thoughts on this..
