More tool art?

The big drill bit inspired me to show a huge welding electrode I aquired a few years ago. I'd dont have it above a door but I laid it in front of a door to give perspective. My fingers are visible and if you look close a penny is by the rod holder end. It's as big as a dime in diameter. I'd hate to have the slag drip on me from that dude.

(quoted from post at 08:29:12 05/28/23) What would that have been used on, and how would it have been held?

They are used in different large scale steel construction jobs and ship building.

They can be Hand held or placed in a tool which holds them that can be moved similar to a sliding miter saw.

Red-D-Arc DC 1000 handles them well. I would hate paying the power bill to run the welder. Guess that's why a lot of them are powered by large generators.
