Lincoln 150 Weldanpower welder/generator

I have my Dad's old welder generator. It runs fine, but there is an issue with a small square electrical box of sorts, located down low, under the cover on the left side as you face the front of it. Maybe 2
inches square, and it is just bolted on, and has 4 wires on spade lugs attached to it. It gets somewhat rusty sitting, even though it is under cover and tarped. Usually I just removed the wires from the
spades and lightly clean them up with sandpaper and it works fine. Now however, one of the spades has rusted pretty much off. I was able to force it on today and make it work, but I would like to replace
whatever this part is. I have tried to look online to see what it is called, but so far have not found it. When the terminals are rusty, it produces a very weak spark, but won't weld or generate power. Once
the terminals are cleaned up it works fine. Anybody have any clue what this part would be called? I took a picture with my phone, as I didn't have an actual camera with me. And I don't know how to attach a
picture from my phone to the computer! I could probable text a picture to somebody, or at another time take a picture with an actual camera and try to attach that. Thanks

Looks like this?

Bridge rectifier diode, about $20 to replace. Available at lots of suppliers. p/n 9ST13637-5

I have one I traded for years ago. Nice generator,I have never tried to weld with it, but having power out on a job site has been good.

I am no welder by any stretch of the imagination, but I sometimes can fasten two pieces of metal together with it. I don't trust my skills or lack thereof to try anything too important or critical, like a hitch for a trailer or anything, but I do try and do some simple jobs when I need to. Works very well for me doing that.

There is an anti corrosion conducive grease used on/with aluminum conductors/ buss bars & wires. Maybe that would help on your welder/generator.

Apply a small amount of dielectric grease to the spade and terminal. Then coat everything with Liquid Electrical tape. It will keep dirt and moisture out of the connections.
