The yellow Rotor Razor

Anybody have one,i bought one on 5-10-22, it locked up , took the blade of it, the motor will humm, when i try it, sounds like something locked up the Armature, i bought mine at Home Depot,charged it on my Credit card, there not to much of a hurry to fix it for me, kind of giving me the runaround,which included wrong phone number,etc! Anybody have one and no trouble ??????

Well, logic dictates that if you don't know what he is talking about, you:

A. Probably don't have one.
B. Probably have not had any problems with one.
C. Probably don't know how to fix it.

My advice, be more assertive, more persistent with them.
 
Not sure what I'm missing here. Home Depot has nothing to do with the warranty. You can look on the Rotozip website how to make a warranty claim.

A quick Google search for "yellow Rotor Razor" turns up all kinds of images..

Funny how using the wrong terminology for something leads one down an unintended rabbit hole........... :eek:
 
yes it is,I will have to fix it on my own, because they wont do a thing for me,with out the sales slip, but i did charge it on my credit card at Home Depot. but by, which is today,bye the time i get a copy of that it will be past the date i bought it on, which is today a year ago!!!
 
A minature skill saw, mostly for plywood and sheet rock, surely not for 2x4's,, it only cuts a one inch deep!
