Might be a joke pic from out on the west coast, Boeing maybe, where they had saws like that and an airplane was being put together.

I'd rather be the guy on the platform rather than the guy on the Bosun's chair. I really wouldn't like to carry that saw around, much less try to use it.

p.s. My guess someone decided the plane wasn't long enough. Ha! Ha! So they are going to take a chunk out of another plane and rivet it in.
No wonder those things slither like a snake if the air is turbulent!
