It looks heavier, but similar to the clamp used to attach the silo pipe to the blower snout.

vic clamp, commonly used in the oil patch . there is a rubber seal that goes inside the coupler which is slide half way over each pipe then its clamped together. all kinds of sizes. were used on the degasser flare line.
